Those who have not paid the registration fee by then should bring the fee to the conference and pay for the registration on arrival.

  According to the regulations of AAOU Annual Conference, the registration fees will be fully returned within two months before the conference. Fees are not returnable in one month before the conference while the replacement is allowed in the case of conforming to the conference time and visa formalities. Please be cautious while registering to avoid inconvenience to you.
