  2. Call for Confirmation of Dietary Restrictions
 

Dear participants of the 22nd AAOU Annual Conference,
At present, our Organizing Committee has been actively preparing every service for the participants who will attend the conference.
In order to prepare the repast well, we urgently need to confirm whether you require muslin food or have any dietary restrictions so as to make good arrangements for you.
Please fill in the Form of Repaste Requirements and send it back to aaou2008reg@tjrtvu.edu.cn or fax to 86 022 2367 9972 before 26 September, 2008, the Organizing Committee will provide related repast service for you according to your feedback information.

Dear AAOU member institutions,
Greetings!
Please pay attention to the notice that the date of submission of University Introduction has been postponed to 20 August, 2008. We would like to remind those AAOU member institutions whose university introductions have not been submitted that we wish to include all university introductions of AAOU member institutions in the manual of AAOU 2008, so we hope that the AAOU member institutions will send them to us on time.   4. Important Notice: Call for Culture Information of AAOU Institutions
  Dear Presidents of AAOU Institutions,
We are on behalf of the 22nd AAOU Executive Board and the 22nd AAOU Organizing Committee sincerely to invite you and your universityӮs paper presenters to attend the 22nd AAOU Annual Conference which will be held in Tianjin, China on 14-16 October, 2008.
We will intend to compile and publish AAOU 2008 Manual before the conference. If it is convenient, please provide us with the introduction of your university, including the following items:

6. The Third Notice of the 22nd AAOU Annual Conference

Dear Authors,

According to the rules of 2008 AAOU Annual Conference Organizing Committee, the abstract review can only determine whether the authors should submit full-papers or not. After full-papers are reviewed, we will decide who will participate in the conference. Therefore, we hope that the authors who have received the Submission Letters will send full papers on time. The Conference Committee will send invitation letters to those whose full-papers are accepted for the conference. Please pay close attention to your e-mail and our website.
