| Beijing and Tianjin international airport are international airports connecting the main cities all over the world. It takes 210 mins from Beijing airport to Tianjin Saixiang Hotel with the journey of about 170 km, and it takes 60 minutes from Tianjin airport to Tianjin Saixiang Hotel with the journey of about 40km. In order to provide convenience for the participants, the conference service group will set AAOU reception center at the hall of terminal building in both Beijing and Tianjin airport. The arrival participants by air could wait at the reception center till we take you to Saixiang Hotel for registration. ( Contact Way for Pick up Service ) |
| The conference service group will not provide pick up service at railway stations. The participants who will arrive at Tianjin railway station (East station) could go to Saixiang Hotel by taxi or bus. It is needed to transfer bus from Tianjin railway station to Saixiang hotel, the routes are as follows£º |

| The participants who arrive at Tianjin railway station (West railway station) could go to Saixiang Hotel by taxi or bus. It is needed to transfer bus from Tianjin west railway station to Saixiang hotel, the route is as follows: |

| After arriving at Saixiang hotel, please go to the AAOU service center to go through the procedures of conference registration. According to the regulations, participants who have not paid registration fees, please settle it as required. And then take the conference materials, such as Conference Guide, etc. In the bag for each delegate, a Traffic Map is prepared to facilitate your trip in Tianjin. |
| After going through registration procedures, the conference delegates will be respectively ushered by the attendants to their hotels, Saixiang hotel, Xinmao Tiancai Hotel or Hongbaoshi Hotel. Please check-in and pay accommodation fees at the hotel service center. |
| If you encounter any problems in the hotel, please contact the hotel service center. If there are any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact our conference receptionists. We will provide 24-hour service for you. The information of liaison persons and contact phone numbers for foreign and domestic guests will be posted on the website before Oct. 10th.Please check the needed information in time. |
| Delegates, who need to book return air tickets and train tickets, please consult the hotel service center or conference receptionists in advance. For the ones who have already bought return air tickets, please make confirmation as early as possible or ask the hotel service center to handle it. |
| From Oct.14th to 18th, we will offer free transportation for your arrival and departure. Please confirm your departure time and place at registration. |
| Regarding the specific receptionists, contact phones, etc., the organizing committee will issued them on the website, please check the needed information in time. Please wait in the Hotel hall ahead of notified time; we will arrange cars to see you off. If you move up or postpone your departure time for special reasons, please inform the staff of the conference and we will arrange cars to take you to the airport or train station. |
During the conference, we will provide pick up and returning service for the delegates who live in Xinmao Hotel and Hongbaoshi Hotel according to the conference schedule. |
| The delegates, who choose to take trips on Oct. 17th offered by travel agency, please register with the staff of the travel agency when going through conference registration procedures. |

| The Conference rooms are set on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor of Tianjin Saixiang Hotel. |
| During the conference from Oct.14th to 18th, we will offer meals for free. Breakfast will be offered by the hotels, lunch and dinner will be arranged by Saixiang Hotel (see the arrangement details on the Conference Agenda). If you are Muslim, please inform our receptionists. So we will set Muslim dining-room and make good arrangements for your repast. |

| Please wear the conference badge during the conference activities, so that it is easy for staff to offer service. Please follow the schedule of conference activities and waiting time. Simultaneous interpretation service will be provided in the conference venue. Our conference service group will put the receiving earphone on the table for each participant. |
